General Terms:

1. These terms and conditions govern the sale of used vehicles by ‘TSG Used Cars’, hereafter referred to as "the Dealer", to any individual or entity, hereafter referred to as "the Buyer".

2. By purchasing a used vehicle from the Dealer, the Buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

3. The Dealer reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. The Dealer shall provide an accurate description of each vehicle for sale, including its make, model, year, mileage, condition, and any known defects.

2. The Buyer acknowledges that minor variations may exist between the vehicle's description and its actual condition.

1. The prices of the vehicles are as displayed on the Dealer's website or at the point of sale and are subject to change without notice.

2. The Buyer shall pay the agreed-upon purchase price for the vehicle, inclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

3. Payment shall be made in full before the transfer of ownership and possession of the vehicle to the Buyer.

1. The Buyer has the right to inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase to assess its condition and suitability.

2. The Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets their requirements and expectations.

1. All vehicles are sold "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Dealer.

2. The Buyer understands that no returns or exchanges are permitted once the sale is complete, except as required by law.

1. The Dealer shall provide the necessary documents for title transfer and registration of the vehicle in the Buyer's name upon receipt of full payment.

2. The Buyer is responsible for any costs associated with title transfer, registration, and licensing of the vehicle.

1. The Dealer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Buyer arising from the use or ownership of the vehicle.

2. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Dealer harmless from any claims, liabilities, or disputes related to the purchased vehicle.

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.

2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

By purchasing a vehicle from the Dealer, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
